Color Mode: RGB Color 8 Bit.
Background Contents: Transparent

Must include a picture of any video game, not something obscure of the internet or something you could just draw with a brush like that tron thing. Must include a border and text. Good luck.

We need judges...a list of anyone participating...I think this competition can run (if anyone is actually gonna do it) until like...2nd week of the summer (so I have time to do a better one LOL nah..just so people can take a bit of time like)
