I still praise him as the best lead guitarist alive today. On the Dream Theater dvd I got there are some truly stunning moments.

Every year John Petrucci, Joe Satriani & Steve Vai have a concert together (G3). And apprantly Petrucci was struggling to keep up. I know Joe Satrani is good, he's pretty damn the best next to Petrucci but, I think that's bulls-hit.

When Petrucci was still up and coming he went on tour with them, he wasn't struggling to keep up or anything and I only think he did it once.
