Last night, I sat down to read some since I got the book and thought I may as well read some. Well, it's the most boring book I've ever read. It's full of drivel and rubbish. I got to page 3 before I couldn't read anymore. Utter garbage.

At least read a chapter or skip to chapter 3, thats when it gets to harry. The most boring book ive read are the lord of the rings books, argh now thats boring, especially when he describes a tree for about 6 pages.

I was gonna skip 400 pages, but decided not to. Lord of the Rings is quite good, it's just way too long.

Hobbit is shorter than Lord Of The Rings and it tells the story of how Bilbo and And Gandlaf went on an adventure.

Why the hell does Tolkien have to write four pages of A SONG! Why not skip the entire thing and say "and the elves sang a happy song." But thats not all! He then details the history of the song. WHY!?

I think both sets of books are groundbreaking and inventive in their own way.
