"Os ydych yn amau rhywun o dwyll budd-dâl, a fuasech yn cwblhau cyn gymaint ag y gallwch o'r ffurflen. Peidiwch a phoeni os nad ydych yn gwybod yr atebion i rai o'r cwestiynnau. Bydd yr holl wybodaeth a ddarparwch yn gwbl gyfrinachol ac er nad oes rhaid i chi roi eich enw a'ch cyfeiriad fe gewch os dymunwch.
Sicrhewch nad ydych yn cael eich gwylio tra rydych yn cwblhau'r ffurflen i gadw'r wybodaeth a rowch mor gyfrinachol a phosib. Os ydych yn cadw copi o'r ffurflen wedi ei chwblhau, dylech hefyd ei chadw yn saff."
Erm, Any help guys?I'm pretty sure this is a benefit fraud website, but i have no idea why my computer broke. love those things.

Looks like Welsh.
Go on google, search "Welsh Translation". Paste that in, see if it works.
