I'd go see it anyway, it looks pretty good. Not a blockbuster, but good none the less.

Actully id be suprised if this didnt go to number one for a few eeks, nothign as huge as star wars but i reckon its a great film to go see. Think ill go see it agian too.

Some of my family went to see it yesterday, my brother liked it, my sister didn't and my mum says she prefers the old one. Was it better than the old one?

Hard to say, in the new one going thru the fatory seems to be over way too soon, i preferd the some of the songs in this one over the 1971 version but i really like both of them alot.

Interesting fact, Roald Dahl hated the 1971 version and his wife said he would have loved this new one.

I actually really liked the '71 version. I watched some of it on TV yesterday.

Yeah I heard about the Roald Dahl disliking the old one...wonder why?

Something about the screen paly and the name change, he also didnt like gene widler was chosen to play wonka.

The new film is set in america, like war of the worlds which is also set in england but changed for its film realese
