I think this'll be pretty damn good. Peter Jacksons writing it, but he hasn't picked a director yet. But the bloke who directed Hellboy has been tipped to do it. Thoughts anyone?

Peter Jackson is doing the screenplay if i recall correctly. Probably wrong though.

On gamespot its been said that Peter Jackson has a part in making it, but a director hasn't been chosen yet.

IMDB says the director is going to be Guillermo del Toro. He's done Blade 2 and Hellboy. |

My brother, who is a reliable source of gaming information, said that the director of hellboy mentioned that he'd rather do a Hellboy 2 than a Halo film. Lets hope he doesn't end up with the job...

WHOOOOAAAA, no way now. If anyone is to play Master chief it should be the man himself: Clint Eastwood, by far the best actor in the world ever, and if you ask me...he'd suit the part. I know he's getting old now but still, you wouldn't see him cuzza the suit.

What would be best, is if they did what they did with Darth Vader.
But, they would have some huge guy inside the suit, and Steve Downes (MC's voice actor) doing the speach.

You got a point 'Shot. If Vin Diesal or The Rock star though my opinion on the film will be damaged. Thats not to say I won't see it though.

Well if they star but you never see them (they're inside the suit) then that doesn't matter does it.
