Sorry man, only just saw your post. Born on the Fourth of July is about an American 16/17 year old who during the Vietnam War decides to sign up for the US Marine Corps. He sees some pretty horrific stuff and ends up getting shot numerous times in an ambush. That's only the first half hour or so. The rest of the film is him after the war, he ends up in a war veteran's hospital because he is paralysed from the waist down, so therefore can't walk. He ends up in a wheelchair and the film just carries on from there..he leaves the hospital and meets up with some other paralysed soldiers in Mexico and lives with them for a while etc. etc. It's very good. |

also went to the cinema to see "Night at the museum" yesturday, pretty good.

yeah he's the main character,
it's pretty funny, it had a little adult joke put in which made me laugh, it was a good film.
