Out of the 10 or so pictures I saw, about 4 looked like she was "out of it". But the other 6 was A+ quality.

On one of Ashanti's albums she looks lush.
I wouldn't put her in my top 3, no where near it, but I'm saying in my opinion she is better than the one you put.

Personally, I think Natahlie Portman (Queen Amidala in Star Wars) is nice too. She's not a slapper, unlike many celebrities. She also doesn't go over-board on trying to make herself look nice (Erm, Christina A, anyone?).
