I check my ram by looking at the sticks =] Do a defragment then.

What kind of things get me more RAM when i delete them?
Is it everything or what?

well when you start your comp up, it opens many programs maybe and it takes alot of ram usage. try taking them off startup by doing this
Start>>Run>>msconfig>>Look for starup and untick any programs that you think you don't need. then click ok and it will ask you to restart your comp.

Got rid of a bit and did that thing, but it still wont save as i'm low on virtual memory.
will i have to buy a ram stick.
