That's good, nice text, try Pixel Stretching the render and putting that duplicated layer over the top of the brush layer and setting it to overlay, for a nice colour effect. Make sure you put the single column marquee tool on one of his night vision goggle lights, it's what I did on that sig I had the other day.

It does need some colour.

I think you could go without colour if you darkened the background a bit, maybe throw a shadow across his face to make it look more..stealthy.
