I have a work in progress for a MGS sig. I'm just wondering how do you do those funny border things. I was thinking of adding one.

Create a new layer and go mad with the polygon tool.

I make a new layer, fill it black, draw an outline with the polyagonal lassoo tool then press delete, and draw some things on the border with the elliptical and rectagonal marquee tool.

- The Metroid Prime Border
- How to do that sort of Competition border
- Pattern inside text (Competition text)
