How do you do the bar?
Is it just a rectangle marquee tool, then fill it with a colour, black stroke and overlay? Something like that?

basically.. thats the way FB does it i think..
but the way i saw was to make a new layer, rectangle marquee tool, edit stroke, 1px black, then you use the dodge tool.

Very good, all of them. Also with all of them the background is too bright in places, tone it down and attempt some blending of the render. A good way to blend car renders is to brush smoke around it. Look in my Gallery for an example of a SotW entry with a car blended.
