Updated with my Nas tag.
I'm not on my PC and there was something going wrong with this one so I had to save the file as a flaming .GIF..so that's why the quality isn't as good.
Shame I'm not gonna have the .PSD file for this.

The only thing I don't like about that tutorial is how they cover up most of the render and you're only left with just the head. Sweet colours though.
