Big boss wasn't evil apparently, but the world didn't need soldiers anymore and he wanted to feel truly alive so he tried to create global unrest so people like him would be needed again.

Big Boss asked snake to kill him because he couldn't bear to live in a world where he wasn't needed.

They'll probably add to that in the 4th one. It'll probably be another clone or something knowing Hideo.

what a crap idea, im sorry but why bring big boss back? its pointless he was old when snake killed him and if you say bring him back younger it will just be two snakes then. Crappy idea if you ask me, and if Hideo does that, he's stupid he knows he's a better story teller than that.

I think MGS really excels in is it's originality (apart from the obvious Snake Pliskin thing from Escape From New York..but Hideo does enjoy his little jokes). I mean..Splinter Cell..sure it's a great game but isn't it all this terrorism w*nk that we've ALL heard? And MGS actually creates entirely new concepts..introduces conspiracys..and gives out ideas that you may actually consider to be true.

I agree with you to the point you say consider to be true, MGS is way too overblown, vamp is an example, in relation to the patroits still a bit over the top.

AGGGGGGH! Terrible idea! MGS is supposed to be overblown, Kojima said somthing about that.

I wouldnt say he's cryptic, just knows his words and uses big ones, and after the interview or wahtever he thinks to himself 'my even more people think im a genuis now'. He's not WOMAGZ BEST EVER, but he is a ver goos storyteller.
