Metal Gear Solid 2 by far. MGS3 was good, but it wasn't long enough.

MGS3 was best  MGS2 was shorter. Depends on what you wanna use it for, neither is better than the other. Call of Duty or Medal Of Honor? |

I've never played Call of Duty, but Medal of Honour is pretty good.
