What's the difference between File 2 and normal Outbreak?

What's the difference between File 2 and normal Outbreak? Basically file 2 has mor charcters and secrets its also online as the first wasnt for some reason. But file two includes all the levels from one and more. |

I want it, as I was dissapointed when the original wasn't online. It was because they didn't have time to addapt the settings to a europian area.

i thought it looked good but i read that there isn't a keyboard talking feature nor is there a headset feature and apparen;t if you lose your mates online, it's very lonely
