Its a mix of everything! Check it out on gaming sites as there is too much for me to explain, if you have a xbox pick up the 2nd its great.

Hmm I've never played Shenmue..I always imagined it as sorta Samurai meets Final Fantasy..am I correct?

Kind of but the battles play out like a fighting game and you can do mostly whatever you want, like play in the arcades on sega classics like afterburner, space harrier and outrun etc. Or collect capsule toys and then pawn them off to make money.
Its a great game id suggest anyone with about £15-£20 go pick it up from game in cwmbran.
