It's weird how this game gets loads of love when other music games just dont get half the attention. I would guess its all down to the guitar controller.

Confirmation: Guitar Hero II is on Xbox 360. All the more, it's getting an exclusive controller: a Gibson Explorer! Oh man, Fanatic, Tyler, Ayce, all get this. I heard this the other day but forgot to post it, apparently Harmonix have sold the rights to Guitar Hero to MTV. It was kind of like that. MTV bought Harmonix, the whole company, not just the rights to Guitar Hero. Although MTV aren't going to fiddle with the game, they're just going to slap their logo here and there in cut scenes etc. If anything, this will help, as it can get bigger named bands to have their songs in the game (like Metallica, for example). |
