...install a new PC skin? I've downloaded one from deviantART and it comes with new taskbars and fonts etc. etc. but the file is just sitting on my Desktop at the moment and I really don't know how to install it. Help would be appreciated.

Don't worry I've got it now. This is f*cked up I can't install anything. Nothing shows up properly.
