I read on Gamespot or something that if you can do the drums well on hard mode, you'd be able to play them in real life, also.

These songs were confirmed at the 2007 E3 convention.
The Who – "Won't get fooled again" Mountain – "Mississippi queen" (coverversion) David Bowie - "Suffragette City" Black Sabbath – "Paranoid" (coverversion) Blue Oyster Cult – "Don't fear the reaper" The Ramones – "Rockaway beach" Rush – "Tom Sawyer" (coverversion) Bon Jovi – "Wanted dead or alive" Nirvana – "In bloom" Stone Temple Pilots – "Vaseline" Weezer – "Say it ain't so" Foo Fighters – "Learn to fly" The Hives – "Main offender" The Strokes – "Reptilia" Queens Of The Stone Age – "Go with the flow" Metallica – "Enter sandman" Many more tba.
Holy crap, Go With the Flow... and ENTER SANDMAN. Apparently, every week after Rock Band is released, there will be new stuff for it, with confirmed MORE METALLICA TRACKS available for download.
If they had One, I'd cream my pants.

Of course I do Erm, yeah, this game is going to own. It's got like a "create your musician" thing, and it's got a bunch of stuff like different styles, tattoos, hair, faces and all that. You can even choose whether the stage moves he/she does. AWESOME/1337.
