Any size but must be rectangular.
A real life render, not gaming etc.
No downloaded brushes.
Must be finished by Sunday night.

Yeah, you can make your own brushes, or use scattering options etc. with default brushes, or just use other default tools, C4D is aloud..so you could do that.

Actually, scratch that, you can use downloaded brushes, but only with the clone stamp.

That's a nice sig, the text is a bit sh*t but the render looks as though it had sand around it which I like.
