As this Creation section has been really quiet recently, I thought it would be a good idea to come up with an interesting new Competition to rewaken it.
I was thinking about a competition, and I came up with a large piece competition. None of us has really done any large pieces (as far as I know), so I thought this could be a good competition for everyone to join in, as we are all around the same skill level as far as this goes.
To make it more interesting, I thought we could try using all standard photoshop tools (defaults), this includes renders too, so no renders, no C4D, no brushes, nothing.
I doubt anyone will try doing this, or even reply to the thread, but I thought it would be quite a fun thing for us all to try. I started mine earlier am finding that it requires more imagination than just making a signature.
Good luck! (if anyone bothers)
EDIT
Large pieces may also include photographs you've taken (may be modified very slightly, like a slight warmth/cold added to the image, or a slight change in the lighting) or hand-drawings/paintings etc.

I don't understand, so just filters and smudge? What are we suppost to edit?

No, no.
Not just filters and smudge.
Any default tool Photoshop has to offer (pen tool etc.)
And it's just creating something from scratch, nothing to edit.
I know it sounds stupidly hard, but I thought it would be a decent project for the summer.

Stop flirting boys That was a joke by the way, as often my jokes cause huge offense..so I'd just point that out in the same post. Nice work Velocity, it's simple yet effective. I quite like the way the outer edges of the piece are slightly blurry, while the center is more sharp, drawing the focus to the centre.
