Seriously, what the hell is up with the new Transformers movie. I went to watch kick ass robots Michael not a film with a bunch of humans telling crap unfunny jokes for 3/4 of the movie, then throw in a cliché love story that's developed worse than a bad romance novel.
Do yourselves a favour, don't see this movie. Go see The Simpsons instead, at least that's moderately funny.

Transformers is amazing!
It's like twenty times better than the sh!tty manga/japanimation/b@lls series!!!
Lighten up!
The transformers movie was executed with style. It was well written, the "SADDO" effect was toned down and the SFX were by far some of the best this year. (Quite easily cr@pping all over Spider-Man 3 and POTC3, both of which were ayce!)
Some people just don't like change...

I liked it, I thought it was a bit odd in places, But a good film. Giant Robots smashing up a city was amazing.

Some people just don't like change... Calm it you fool. Who the hell was talking about manga anyway. No-ones saying the effects were crap, when the transformers were actually on the damn screen from the half a second of screen time they got, they looked great, im saying the overall film was mediocre and should have been way better. The last half hour (which was what I was waiting for through the whole film) can't save the film from being average at best. The film chocked way to many pointless characters and of course most of them were just there for the hell of it. The young hackers are an example, the film could have gotten on fine with out them, hell what was up with the damn soldiers. Why not focus on the kid, at least he was likeable, but no the film juggles an insane amount of characters for no reason. Your obviously joking about the well written part. "She just said dada!" "You shure she didn't fart lawl" makes a ton of sense, oh how the cinema rolled with laughter after that one. The lame jokes didn't help either, some of them made me laugh yes but when the radio joke was used for about the 5th damn time it was getting tedious. Look past the transformers and you get just an average action movie. Hardly the best film of the year. Hell nothings been good enough this year to be even given that title yet. |

Calm it you fool. Who the hell was talking about manga anyway. Ok... 1) Not really much need to call him a fool is there, sticking up for a good film is not being foolish. Fool! 2)This one is obvious, HE was clearly on about the manga!!! So yeah I think you should calm down on criticizing the lame jokes in this film, even if they are that bad. what the fook are you gunna do about it? there are some people who like the fact that the film has jokes in it. Films are out there to provide entertainment for certain groups of people, not everyone is going to like it. Either sit back and enjoy them or don't watch them. Simple as THAT!  |
