I understand that you have to defrag your computer to sort out everything, and you should do this once a month.
how do you do it?

Right. This you DO NOT have to do once a month. All defragmenting does it literally put your computer files back into order. To do it: Start>Programs>Accessories>SystemTools>DiskDefragmenter>ClickDefragment  |

Or, you could go:
Start > My Computer > Local Disk (C:) > Tools Tab > Defragment Now > Click Defragment
It might take an hour or two.

if you've never defragged before it can take a while. Defragging is like brushing your hair. the computer can get really slow if you dont do it.

It reorganizes your files so you can access certain things faster.

Corrupted files also make the program stop responding.. if u can get it open..

Yeah, Dr.Watson reports crashes. Normally if thats corrupt, Then your computer is now fecked XD

it takes hours aswell.. so maybe do it.. once every 3-4 months.. maybe longer
