Is it cause your running too many programs at once?
I think you might've got confused that's why I suggested that.

Try pressing Cntrl, Alt + Delete and then clicking 'Processes'. This allows you to quickly stop processes/progammes etc. from running when not needed.

Try pressing Cntrl, Alt + Delete and then clicking 'Processes'. This allows you to quickly stop processes/progammes etc. from running when not needed. so i can stop most of them without messing up my pc? at the moment i try to save and this'll come up. "windows moviemaker can not save the movie to the specified location. Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still avaliable, that the saving location is still avaliable, and that there is enough free disk space avaliable, and then try again." Well all the sources are fine, and the location is avaliable and i have enough free space, whats going on? It's stopped happening but before after that happened i would try to watch the movie again and it would come up with "Run out of memory". Weird.

Well if you press Cntrl Alt Delete and then select processes it will show all the current processes and the amount of memory it is currently using. Don't close any unless you are completely sure what they are or you'll fuck something up.

Guys all your suggestions can be right, but of what im thinking of he's running out of RAM =] His birtual memory is probably low and his paging limit is mosly low i quess. I suggest you just get 1gb stick of ram OR. Stop installing bullsh!t you don't need =]

Just uninstall some stuff, don't run loads of programmes at once and you'll have more...

Check your filled memory by going:
Start > My Computer > Right Click on Local Disk (C:) > Click Properties > Look at Pie-Chart
