Okay, Don't waste your time or your money. The music has an interesting flavour but unless you rewrite all the lyrics, its a pretty awful album. I bought this album thinking "maybe they're great, maybe they're another commercialised indie band with interesting accents" and yeah, the latter it is. The album starts off with the awful "i want you know/ don't care how" rhyming couplets, and progresses downhill at a speedy rate. Don't bother.

Aren't they like a carbon copy of the Arctic Monkeys....who I don't really like much anyway?

I agree with you on the commercialised stuff, but Arctic Monkeys do have something different about them. And I think I'm more qualified as far as musical knowledge goes than you to say that, so don't say "lol i kno more dan u!". Arctic Monkeys have a raw edge to them, which I like alot, it's the sort of raw edge that people liked about bands like The Fall, The Ramones and early stuff by The Clash.

Its more the songs on the album I don't like, not their style. There are a few gems on tehir debut album, but not enough to warrant me liking it.
Still, i'm not saying theyre a bad band, they just brought out an album that I didn't really like.
Staying on topic, listened to The Feeling, they actually sound annoying and rather grating.

The Arctic Monkeys play good music, some of their stuff on guitar sounds really good, but the singer is a sh!thead and I hate their band.
That's probably why I hate all those sh!tty commercialised bands.

I was raised in a very musical family, I've got videos of me as a 3-4 year old kid running around my living room to Sad But True by Metallica.
