Welcome to the first Forum Awards of 2007. The Forum Awards have become somewhat a cult like tradition ever since the whole thing was well… created, you know? It’s valued and people have always asked for it to come back again and again and that’s where we are now. Is this like the 5th one?

Anyway, in this topic you can discuss whatever you want related to the awards but also you need to post why you deserve each award, this is essential so please try as it makes everything a lot fairer. As usual PM your votes to me, but only once you have read each members reasons. Voting begins now until next Sunday(4th) 12.00PM. Results will be posted later on that day. I think I deserve the Music All-Rounder award.

I think this because I believe that I have the largest musical taste out of pretty much everyone I know. I think I listed all the genres I'm into in another thread somewhere in the Spam Zone.

Anyway, as you all know I've recently (well, October-ish) taken up playing the guitar, as I've wanted to since I was a young kid but never actually put in the effort, and believe I'm progressing quite well.

I try to help people with musical queeries about bands or whatever and just think I'm generally pretty knowledgeable about various genres of music.[/egofest]

Hope this hasn't left me looking ego-tistical or anything, as that wasn't my intention.

pivot award - self explanitary

Forum innovator award - As i came up with the gallery idea (sure it was a while ago but it counts) and i've been helping luke out with making the awards better.

Games all rounder - as i play games non stop and i amk pretty good at them. I also know all the gaming news (not really) and i own. also as i have completed many 360 games without owning the actual console.

Sure i probably dont deserve all of them but i'm just posting a few things that you could vote me for. Tra but.

Where you listen to Jazz Folk, etc. Velocity listens to Dance, Electronica, Collegy grungey rock (Weezer, etc)

I listen to dance/electronica.

As for grungey rock, Nirvana, Soundgarden, L7, Living Color, for a few examples.

Yeah, should be a good vote.
