Just called up Argos after 28 days, and my iPod has still not returned. Curious I rang them up, asking them where the fuck it was, and had it been repaired. a) It's not going to be repaired as it was "my own fault" (yeah, it was, but I still want it repaired, fuckers) b) It'll cost £120+ an "additional fee" to repair (an additional fee? Yeah, like a nice fucking bottle of bubbly at the office party, your their turn to get the drinks in. Bastards) c) Apple can get fucked. d) It's not coming out of their pocket, so what's the problem? The repair-guy isn't like "This'll cost me a fortune!", no. FUCK YOU APPLE. e) I get my iPod back  To summarise, I'll never use an Apple product again.  PS: Argos are just as fucking lazy. My iPod had been there for 2 weeks, and they didn't even ring me. So yeah, just for Argos this time... Discuss. |

Although on a plus side, the screen looks like something from Nine Inch Nails. I took so much fucking care of it too. Like, I polished it after I used it, so the finger-prints wouldn't mark it, and then it breaks. I don't even know how I did it  |

Rofl gutted Rhys, Bearing in mind Ipod screen repairs arent cheap. It's the crystal that has to be replaced.
The reason why it broke it was because it was in your pocket yes? You showed me in I.T. It broke under pressure from the screen.
Give them the finger for lack of customer support.

You should ask to fill in one of those customer support sheets and say they were terrible and lay into argos.
Also, if you have to sign to get it back, just write "f**k you!", simple as!.

When I was writing it, it was kinda half serious/half wanted to make people laugh. TBH, I didn't think they'd repair it, so ya. When this one goes, I'll just buy, like a Sony mp4/mp3 or whatever player, something which can play iTunes songs. |
