I would say Darth Vader as I Believe he would use his Light Saber and completely destroy the Terminator.

The Terminators are near indestructable. Lets go through them all.
T800 (Arnie)- Easy job for Darth, unless he didn't know what Arnie looked like. Then the T800 could simply shoot him through the head (Sabres don't deflect bullets)
T1000- Seeing as darth cannot read a machines mind, this would also be an easy job, the T1000 simply takes the form of a stormtrooper and knifes ol' vader.
TX-Read above...but add a flamethrower or the big a$$ plasma gun she had.

Hmmm...yes, still think the terminator would own, as dath vadar is very slow, whilst all the terminators are very fast.

Thats true. The Terminator films were some of my favorite films back in year 8 though.

arnie is sposed to be made of some wiked metal like titanium or sum sh*t like tha
so vader wouldnt be able to cut him and he would just snap him like a twig
