I've talked to velocity and he says it's ok to do this.
I was thinking of having a huge gaming awards thing so we have more than just gaming (general) and Gaming (online).
I thought that we could just do it in genres and for both gamers and games. For example:
Gamers
FPS: Jimmy
Third person shooters : derrick
action adventures : Mole man
platformers: Ted
ect
games
FPS: Timesplitters 2
Third person shooter : Gears of war
ect
and we'd also have
best online gamer
best gaming team
some award for owning the most games
and much more
I was also hoping to try to do the nomination thing so that it's a bit fairer and easier to choose people and games.
So for now just try to choose which categories we'll have, because we wont need every type of game there is (or will we?)
Just try to come up with a few.
Then we'll nominate people.

Firstly just try to come up with categories for the awards.
Like genres : FPS, Third person.
you know, cus we might not need them all.

nah we need racing, for games like project gothem.
Oh i dont know. we'll just keep them all.
later i'll set up a thing with everything and you can nominate people and games.

Ok i've come up with a list of genres that will be included in the awards. Now i'll firstly post the genre's in a list of what you would fill out. then i'll give example incase you can't think of a gme for that category.

ok so those are the ones that you can fill in. please enter about 3 choices for each category. Then the top three in each category will put through to the final. If you don't understand, then just fill three names in each category and leave it at that. Either post your entries here or send them to me if you wanna be sneaky.
