Keeps telling me its overheating, then it dies, I followed all the steps on Microsoft for this, but still have the same problem.
Now I have to pay £80 for a repair.
Does anyone know the tech support number so I can get it sent off?

Ok this may sound stupid, but have you tried supending the power pack in the air, apparently it lets of heat and it wont crash because of over heating.

Hmmm....how am I to do that? It weighs a tonne. I may just ring in and get a replacment, but thanks for the help.
Checked the net. People said "Put it in a ventilated area lolz"...its in the middle of my room, on the floor, with nothing to block the airways...and it still crashes... i'm rather annoyed.
